Booking & Ticketing Policies

Please review these terms before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Core Policies
Final SaleAll sales are final. No compensation for late arrivals or no-shows.
Reservation DetailsTickets are valid only for the selected date, time, and passenger name.
ID RequirementsAdults 18+ may be required to present valid photo ID and payment card.
ArrivalArrive at least 1 hour prior. Boarding is first-come, first-served.
Booking & Payment

NiagaraCruiseTickets.com is operated by MTVRS LLC as a third-party booking service. By placing an order, you authorize us to purchase tickets on your behalf from the official operator.

A $7.95 USD per ticket service fee (charged in CAD) is included and non-refundable.

Payment ProcessingTotal includes all fees. Separate charges may appear for tickets and service fees.
Card AuthorizationDeclined payments may be retried. Unresolved issues may result in cancellation.
Fraud PreventionOrders suspected of fraud may be canceled at our discretion.
No RefundsTickets and service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Ticket Delivery & Admission
Printed Tickets

E-tickets must be printed for entry.

Box Office Pickup

Tickets may be picked up with ID and the credit card used for purchase.

Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email with booking number.

Order Limits & Issues
Maximum OrderLimited to 20 tickets per customer.
Lost TicketsNo replacements or refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
Operator Policies

Niagara City Cruises is the exclusive operator. All transportation, scheduling, and safety policies are determined by them.

MTVRS LLC is not responsible for ferry operations or changes made by the operator.

You may purchase tickets directly from Niagara City Cruises without using our service.

Cancellations & Chargebacks
Cancellation PolicyCancellations must be made 72 hours in advance or no refund will be issued.
Service Fees$7.95 per ticket fee is always retained.
ChargebacksInvalid chargebacks may result in additional administrative or legal fees.
Legal Protections
Assumption of RiskYou accept all risks including weather, delays, and operational changes.
Limitation of LiabilityLiability limited to service fees paid or $100.
No WarrantiesServices provided “as is” without guarantees.
IndemnificationYou agree to hold MTVRS LLC harmless from claims or misuse.
Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association. If unenforceable, cases must be filed in Travis County, Texas.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, all remaining terms remain in effect.
